We loved staying at the Eden Roc! The room and the view was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! My only complaint is that the refrigerator was full of drinks you could purchase, but I rather have an empty refrigerator so I could store left overs or my own drinks. Also I wish we had a microwave. I rate this a 9/10. Special shout out to Joel with the conseirge desk! He was so amazing and super helpful! We would love to come back and stay!

After arriving Thursday for a 4-night stay (with 2 rooms booked, including an ocean front suite), I took a shower before dinner. That was the last time the water was available in the entire hotel until a few hours before we left on Monday! No working toilet, no working sink, no working shower, for 3 of the 4 days during our stay! Despite repeated promises by the front desk staff, the water never returned and we had to walk to the hotel next door to shower! Each time we wanted to shower, we had to wait in line behind scores of other guests waiting for a temporary room to use for a shower. Despite being told there would be a key waiting at the front desk, we were required to wait in line every time as there was typically only one person, seemingly unaware of the issue, and seemingly grossly undertrained to handle every guest requiring a room for a shower. This was the least professional and efficient way to handle the situation. I stopped counting the number of excuses... Entirely unacceptable experience and a hilariously unsatisfactory offer of compensation was initially made, rejected outright and the final offer was 50% our $8,000 stay. We won't be back to this or any other Nobu Hotel property again.

Beautiful hotel, pool and beach! However, beach has a lot of seaweed. LIV nightclub plays constantly exciting music. The nightclub is clean and safe! I read a several reviews complaining about the how slow valet was. It was crowded but it was fairly fast! I had the car picked up 3 times and all 3 times took under 20 minutes. I was happy to stay at this hotel and I would recommend to anyone!

My 5 yr old and I visited your Riu Plaza Miami for a brief vacation for my birthday. Our visit dates were June 15, 2026-June 17, 2026. Both nights we stayed, we had no hot water to shower. I spoke with the front desk about the issue. Maintenance came but only fixed the problem briefly. Lack of hot water is a major discomfort especially on a birthday vacation. When I complained, I was asked “what do you want us to do”. I was also told that a manager would contact me and after following up was told there was no management present to assist in the issue. My daughter and I left around 7 am and could not speak with anyone about the issue. I was told the only way to receive assistance, was to send an email. I also had to use my cell phone if I wanted to use the internet or stream apps to the television. I had to use my phone screen to mirror to the tv. Highly displeased and will not visit again

Helpful. Friendly. The only thing that I don’t like is how deep the pool is as it’s a big part of the pool that isn’t used by many.
